School purchase orders & W-9

Q: Do we take school purchase orders? Do we have a W-9?

A: **Yes we do! Email your PO, or your W-9 request to owlbeready23@gmail.com. 

Please make sure to include:

  •   Your first and last name
  •   School email (So we can send the digital items)
  •   All items in the purchase order
  •   Tax exempt form for your school

 

Q: Can I order online with a purchase order and pay with a check?

A: No. However, you will need to send an approved purchase order to our email owlbeready23@gmail.com and we will send your order digitally while we wait for the check.

Q: Can you provide a quote?

A: You Bet! You can print your “shopping cart” or email the items you want quoted to owlbeready23@gmail.com and we will send you a quote back.

 

Q: My school wants to know if multiple teachers use the units? Or can I build a bundle?

A: We love a good bundle! Send us an email of the items you would like to bundle together or how many teachers want to use the material & we will send you a quote with your bundled items. Please note that only teachers within the same building can be bundled together.  Is your whole system interested in purchasing Owl Be Ready? Let us know and we will work on a quote for that level.
